Why Abby?
Throughout my career I have used my education and experiences to help others develop themselves personally and professionally. I help people who want to live an authentic and fulfilled life but are stuck in their current mindset. I support people through reflection, self-discovery, goal setting, & identity development.

My goal is to facilitate your journey to self-awareness and self-acceptance, while guiding you through the process of letting go of things out of your control, and to, ultimately, create a path towards your purpose. You can expect to work with me in session, and on your own in the time between appointments.
