Dr. Abby Hasberry
Why Work With Abby
Abby primarily works with BIPOC founders and female founders, people who are building in a system that was not designed for them. That context is not incidental. It shapes the work.
School founders, nonprofit leaders, and social justice organization founders from across the country, in charter schools, nonprofits, for-profits, and community-based organizations.
An M.S. in I/O Psychology with specialization in evidence-based coaching, so the approach is grounded in research on what actually helps organizations and leaders grow.
As a Black woman, transracial adoptee, and founder herself, Abby understands the specific pressure of leading while navigating race, gender, and identity in professional spaces.

Get in Touch →The Approach
Coaching with Dr. Hasberry follows a relational model not a template. You can expect deep listening, honest reflection, and a process that builds on what's already strong in you.
A deep dive into where you are your strengths, limitations, patterns, and the story you're telling yourself about what's possible.
Letting go of what's out of your control, shedding frameworks that don't fit, and creating space for something different to emerge.
Building a clear path toward purpose with goals, accountability structures, and a vision of the life and leadership you actually want.
Ongoing support, recalibration, and the work between sessions because growth isn't a one-time event and neither is this coaching relationship.
